ComplainAI is a letter-writing tool that generates complaint letter templates. This is not legal advice. We are not a law firm, and using ComplainAI does not create a lawyer-client relationship. The letters generated are templates based on publicly available consumer protection laws. Use of service
By using ComplainAI, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for how you use the generated letters.
What we provide
ComplainAI generates complaint letter templates based on the information you provide. Our AI system references consumer protection laws relevant to your jurisdiction and complaint category. The letters are templates — you should review and customize them before sending.
User responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the content you submit to our service.
- You are responsible for reviewing the generated letter before sending it.
- You must not use the service to generate threatening, defamatory, or fraudulent letters.
- You must not misrepresent the generated letter as having been written by a lawyer.
Pricing
See the pricing section for current rates. Generating and reading your letter is free. Payment unlocks copy, PDF download, and response-deadline tracking. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.
Acceptable use
You may not use ComplainAI to:
- Generate letters containing false or fraudulent claims
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person or organization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to access other users' data or letters
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our AI system
Limitation of liability
ComplainAI provides letter templates as-is. We make no guarantees about the outcome of sending any generated letter. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to legal consequences, financial losses, or failed dispute resolutions.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
